One document for the whole cycle
I1•PLANNER is a local-first planner that turns intent into focus: plan the day, protect deep work, run security engagements with real rigour, review honestly — and carry everything as portable JSON.

What you can do
Seven views over a single document stored in your browser.
Today
Set one goal, keep a five-item checklist with a single MIT, and turn tasks into three deep focus blocks with a buffer — then track the planned total against the time you actually have.
Morning
Open the day deliberately: the same day as Today, framed around one goal, the available time, the focus blocks and an anti-goal do-not-list — closing with a one-line /goal command you can hand straight to your agent.
Projects
Group work by track (bug bounty, certs, coding, content, client, life). Each card carries outcome, a GTD next action, milestone, deadline and drop-dead date — with WIP = 1 so only one project is in flight.
Engagements
Run security work with scope, authorisation and rules of engagement. Language-neutral phases (PTES / NIST / WSTG) never lose real progress, and findings track severity, CVSS, CWE, OWASP, evidence and retest.
Reviews
Close the day with a per-task verdict and estimate-vs-actual drift. Sweep the week with the six GTD steps, rhythm, calibration and the next top-3 — all aggregated from the same document.
Templates
Start from a ready seed — day, morning, evening, weekly, project, engagement or finding — that sets structure without inventing data, and drops straight into the matching view.
Settings
Locale, week start, buffer and deep-block length. Export or import the whole notebook as JSON, render it to Markdown, or generate a /goal command.
Built on three ideas
Local-first
No account and no backend required. Your document lives in the browser; the server is an optional layer you add when you want to sync.
One thing at a time
A five-item cap, a single MIT per day and WIP = 1 per project keep focus on what actually moves the needle.
Proof over vibes
Every task closes with evidence, every estimate meets its actual, every finding carries a retest. The loop is verified, not assumed.
Portable and syncable
The entire state is one JSON document: export it, import it, render it to Markdown, generate a /goal command, or sync it across devices. When you sign in, a last-write-wins sync with revision checks keeps the browser and the server honest — and if the API is missing, the app quietly stays local.
